HEAD OF DEPARTMENT: MARKET PHOTO WORKSHOP (MPW) FIXED TERM CONTRACT – 5 YEARS

To provide operational and strategic management of conceptual and artistic frameworks of the
Market Photo Workshop, ensuring its viability and sustainability within an evolving lens-based
sector. The incumbent manages staff and resources of this Market Theatre Foundation business
unit. The role is that of an accounting officer for the unit who shall define and lead the dynamic
visual storytelling value offering through compelling educational, curatorial, public engagement
programmes and projects of local and international reach and impact.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer, as part of the Marketing and Communications team, services all the
departments of the MTF and provides visual material for marketing and branding purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to, the design of posters, flyers, banners, digital media (social
media, website and other visual online assets), annual reports, brochures, merchandise etc.
