Siya Ntuli says at its heart, the production is a tribute to the listeners who have stood by his music from the beginning, inviting them to reflect on where the journey started, celebrate how far it has travelled and share in the experiences that continue to shape it.
“My journey has had its ups and downs, but through it all, the music never stopped. That is why I decided to do this show. For me, The Return: The Journey Home is more than a performance; it is an intimate moment with everyone who has supported my music since day one. I want us to look back at where the journey began, celebrate how far we have come, and give everyone who has been part of my journey an opportunity to experience it with me. This is not just my journey; it is a journey we get to share.”
Siya Ntuli’s journey continues to gain recognition within South Africa’s music industry. His album Inhlanhla Nomnotho, released in August 2026 through Inkabi Records, features collaborations with established artists including Big Zulu, Khuzani, Nomfundo Moh and Xowla. The 14-track project includes songs such as Amaphiko featuring Big Zulu,Bay’Vuma featuring Khuzani and Okholweni featuring Nomfundo Moh and Qiniso Nsele.
His song Amaphiko, featuring Big Zulu, also earned a nomination in the Best Maskandi category at the 2026 Metro FM Music Awards, marking an important milestone in his musical journey. These collaborations and industry recognition reflect an artist continuing to expand his catalogue, work across musical relationships and connect with listeners through songs rooted in lived experiences.
With The Return: The Journey Home, Siya brings these experiences into a live setting. Rather than simply performing a collection of songs, he creates space to revisit the moments behind the music and acknowledge the people who have helped carry it forward. The result is an opportunity for audiences to encounter the artist beyond the recordings and become part of a shared musical experience.
Audiences are invited to join Siya Ntuli for this special one-night performance on 28 November 2026 at Kippies Fringe, The Market Theatre, Johannesburg. One artist. One night. One journey home. Come for the music. Stay for the stories. Be part of the journey.
Tickets are out on Webtickets selling for R100. Bulk tickets can be purchased at The Market Theatre box office: 4 tickets at R350 and 8 tickets at R670.
